What we collect

When you fill in the "Check your date" form, we receive the details you type: your name, WhatsApp number, wedding date, city or venue, the events and coverage you pick, and any note you add. We also record which advert or link brought you to the site, so we know which ones work.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry — to tell you whether we're free on your date and to send you our packages. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for marketing.

Where it goes

• The form is delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form-handling service.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to see when an advert leads to an enquiry, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site (for example, which sections they scroll to). These tools may set cookies.

When you send the form, your phone number and first name are scrambled (hashed) in your browser and the scrambled version is shared with Google, only so it can tell us that an enquiry came from one of our adverts. Google can't read the original number from it. Nothing else from your enquiry is sent to Google or Microsoft.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're discussing or working on your wedding, and delete them on request.
